Welcome to the Timeless public beta
Every family has stories that live in one person’s head: how Grandma made the apple pie, who really caught the trout, what Grandpa paid for his first car. Timeless is a private home for those stories, and today it’s open to every family as a public beta.

What Timeless is
Timeless is an invite-only space for your family’s stories, recipes, photos and videos. Nobody outside your family can see anything, and every time you post you choose who it’s for: the whole family, people you pick, or just you.
A few things make it different from a shared photo album:
- Ask, don’t scroll. Type a word or ask a question like “How did Grandma make the apple pie?” and Timeless finds the memory, even when the answer is in someone’s comment.
- Memories that arrive at the right moment. Seal a letter to open on a date, on a birthday, or when someone reaches an age.
- Legacy, with keepers. Leave memories for after you’re gone. Only the keepers you choose can report your passing, there’s a waiting period, and one tap on “I’m still here” seals everything again.
- More than one family. Belong to your own family, your partner’s and your parents’, and switch between them with a tap. It’s built for blended, step- and adoptive families too.
- A family tree that leads to stories. Build your tree with photos, then follow it into the memories of each person on it.
What to try first
- Start your family space and invite one or two relatives with a link, a QR code or an 8-character code.
- Post an everyday memory: a recipe, a holiday, a funny thing someone said.
- Record a short video on your phone. Big uploads pick up where they left off if the connection drops.
- Add a few people to your family tree.
- Seal a test memory to open next week, so you can see how time-released memories work.
One request while we’re in beta
Things may still change, and you may find the odd rough edge. That’s exactly what we want to hear about. Until the beta ends, please keep photos and videos of children, and your most private family details, for later. Everyday moments are perfect for testing.
What happens to your memories after the beta
Your memories are yours. We don’t show ads and we don’t sell data. When paid plans arrive they’ll be priced per family, not per person, so relatives always join free. There will always be a free plan, we’ll give you notice before anything changes, and we’ll never delete your memories if a plan lapses.
